OUR SHIPPING POLICY
What You Need to Know
We try to keep our polices simple and clear.
We are able to ship our delicious biltong throughout New Zealand and Australia.
Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery within New Zealand.
This is a best effort service, if we expect delays we will be in touch.
As we are a New Zealand business, all products sold in New Zealand Dollars.
All prices include GST.
Payment can be made by Visa or Master Cards.
Refund and Returns Policy
If you are not happy in any way with the product you receive, please email us within 5
days regarding the problem and if the fault is ours or our courier company, we will either fully refund the product or send out a replacement. We will only refund the product cost once the product has been returned back to us and we have received it.
If you would like to cancel your order after placing it, please do so on the same day as it was placed by emailing us at . We usually ship orders on the next business day, so if it has already shipped out, we will refund the cost of the product after receiving it back at our premises in its original condition and unopened.
If you decide to cancel your order after we have shipped it, you are liable for all shipping costs and product must be returned in original condition and unopened.
Payment information is never taken by us or transferred to us either through our website or otherwise. Our employees and contractors never have access to it. At the point of payment, you are transferred to a secure page on the website of Stripe or some other reputable payment service provider. That page may be branded to look like a page on our website, but it is not controlled by us.
